What we collect

When you submit a brief through this site we collect the name, email address, brand or product link, selected package and the project details you write. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we hold that conversation and the phone number you message from.

Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostics.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, produce and deliver work you order, and keep the records tax and accounting rules require. We do not sell your information and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Material you send us

Products, brand files, footage and any account access you share are used only to produce your order. They are not shared outside the people working on it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to paid orders are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@prezzmallc.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies
