Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines

Single Cut and Split Test are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Full Slate is delivered within 4 to 6 business days on priority turnaround.

That clock starts when we have your completed brief and everything the concept needs from you — product, footage, logos or account access — not at the point of order.

How work is delivered

Everything is delivered digitally, as a download link to the finished files. Nothing is shipped.

What you receive

Your video live on the channel, plus finished files in the aspect ratios listed for your package, with burned-in captions and sound design, named so they can be uploaded to an ad account without renaming. Full Slate also includes static frames for image ads.

Publication

Your video is published on our YouTube channel within 2 business days of your final approval. We tell you the upload date in advance and send you the link once it is live.

We publish roughly weekly. If your order includes more than one video we normally space the uploads rather than posting them on the same day — tell us if you need a different schedule and we will work to it where we can.

Revisions

Revision rounds are turned around within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your notes.

If we are running late

If a delivery date is going to slip, we tell you before it does and give you a new one. Delays caused by waiting on assets or approvals from you move the delivery date by the same amount.
