Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@prezzmallc.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. The cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it.

What applies at each stage

Before scripting begins. Nothing is chargeable and your payment is refunded in full.

After scripting, before production. The concepting and scripting completed is chargeable. The balance is refunded and the scripts are yours.

During production or editing. Work completed to that point is chargeable and is delivered to you. The balance is refunded.

After delivery, before publication. The files are yours and the production is chargeable in full. You may decline publication, but the package price does not change.

After publication. The order is complete and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot get the assets or access needed to produce it, or if we are asked to make claims we believe are misleading or unlawful.

Stalled orders

If we do not hear from you for 60 days while waiting on assets or an approval, we may close the order. Work completed is chargeable and delivered, and the balance is refunded.
