Refund Policy

Before production starts

If you cancel before we begin concepting, scripting or production on your order, you receive a full refund.

After production starts

Once that work has begun, what has been completed is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project we refund the portion of the package not yet started, and deliver whatever has been finished.

After delivery

Delivered videos are non-refundable. If something in a delivered video does not match the approved script or the package specification, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it at no charge. That correction sits outside your included revision rounds.

Once a video is published

A video published on our channel cannot be refunded. Publication is the service, and it cannot be undone once the audience has seen it. Nothing is ever published without your approval, so this stage is always your decision.

Revisions are not refunds

Every package includes revision rounds. Wanting changes within the approved concept is a revision, not grounds for a refund.

What is never refundable

Third-party costs already committed on your behalf — licensed footage, music, paid performers or creator fees — are non-refundable once purchased.

How to request a refund

Email contact@prezzmallc.com with your order details. We respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
