Who these terms are with

These terms cover services bought from PREZZMA LLC (“Prezzma”, “we”, “us”) through prezzmallc.com.

What we provide

Ad video production and publication, sold either as the packages listed on our Pricing page or as a separately quoted scope. Each package covers producing your video, publishing it on our YouTube channel, and delivering the finished files to you. The deliverables for a package are those listed against it at the time you order.

Ordering and payment

An order is confirmed when you have approved the package and scope in writing and payment has been received. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you are.

What we need from you

Production begins once you have supplied the brief, anything the concept requires from you — product, footage, logos or account access — and approved the script. Delivery timelines run from that point, not from the order date.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed against it. A revision is a change within the approved concept and script. Changing the concept, product, offer or audience after approval is new work and is quoted separately.

Publication on our channel

Every video produced under a package is published on our YouTube channel at youtube.com/@prezzma. This is part of the service rather than an optional extra, and it is reflected in the price.

Nothing is published until you have approved the final video. Once published, the video remains on the channel permanently unless we agree otherwise in writing; we do not remove paid videos when a campaign ends.

We write the title, thumbnail and description, and we decide the upload schedule and how the video is presented on the channel. You may request changes and we will consider them, but editorial control of our own channel stays with us.

By placing an order you grant us a perpetual, worldwide licence to host, display and promote the video, and your brand assets within it, on our channel and in that channel’s own promotion.

We do not guarantee any view count, watch time, engagement or conversion. Figures published on our site describe what the channel has done recently; they are not a promise about your video.

Usage rights

On final payment you receive full rights to use the delivered video files in your own paid, organic and affiliate channels, with no time limit. Those rights run alongside our published copy, not instead of it.

We retain ownership of unused concepts, raw footage and project files unless separately agreed, and we retain the published video on our channel as set out above.

Licensed material

Stock footage, music and fonts used in your videos are licensed for that use. If you intend to re-cut delivered material into new assets, tell us first so the licensing can be checked.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to the products, claims, trademarks and materials you ask us to feature, and that the claims you ask us to make are accurate and lawful in the markets where the ads will run. We may decline to produce content we believe is misleading or unlawful.

Platform outcomes

We produce creative. We do not control ad platform review decisions, account status or campaign performance, and we do not guarantee any particular result, reach or return.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
